Job Description
The main purpose of the Retail Specialist is to develop the Household Segment (11kg Cylinders) of our Dealers by focusing on House to House Conversion/Swapping, Carenderia and Channel Activations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for increasing the Household Customer base of Dealers through House to House conversion
- Responsible for activations of Carinderia and Channels (RTO, Other Gas Station, DEP RTO) to improve Phoenix Super LPG distribution reach. (accounts to be referred to Dealer Sales Personnel Route Coverage)
- Generate market intelligence information such as Competitors Activity, Pricing and Promotions
- Perform other marketing penetrating activity initiated by PLPI
Dimensions:
- Coverage will be Dealer Specific – to be determine by the Route to Market Manager
- Report to: Route to Market Executive and Area Sales Manager
Special challenges:
- Willing to travel
- To be assigned and will report to the Dealer’s Office
Minimum Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Graduate of any 4year Course
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Sales is an advantage
