Job Description

  • Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
  • Formulate pricing policies.
  • Ensure pricing is correct.
  • Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and supervise employees
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and planning
  • Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures
  • Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
  • Other tasks that may be duly assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of a business-related course or any relative course
  • Must have an experience on sales and background on the automotive industry
  • Has a supervisory experience
  • Experience on retail stores is a plus
  • Willing to supervise operations in The Fort, Alabang and Sta Rosa Branches.
