Job Description
- Conducts store visits to monitor and coordinate with Store Manager, DIY Supervisors concerns stocks availability and proper merchandising
- Coordinates/Relays customer concerns/comments/complaints to the Sales Manager/Head Office
- Responds to complaints from customers and give after-sales support as necessary
- Ensures on-time submission of sales report and inventory reports
- Conducts stock inventory audit and coordinates with Sales Manager/Head Office
- Ensures displays of marketing collaterals, brand signage in the stores and correct price tags/barcodes per item
- Monitors and reports competitor activities (i.e. competitor’s new product offering and price positioning)
- Monitors implementation of promotions
- Monitors delivery of stocks and displays
- Performs other functions as assigned by the Sales Manager / Head Office
- Other tasks that may be duly assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Should be a graduate of any course related to sales
- Relative experience is an advantage
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Should be amenable to do fieldworks
- Result-oriented and diligent
