Job Description
SUMMARY: Responsible in the reception area. To attend to all booking and decking of clients including client’s queries.
- Service Provider
-
- Decking of consultants and therapists based on the operations-flowchart
- Assist clients in filling-out forms (skin and figure analysis forms)
- Confirms client’s booking of schedule during the 1st hour of operations
- Prepares the charts and other data for new enrollees
- B. Administrative

- Accomplish slip and ensure the signature of the client
- Comply with the client’s appointment schedule in reference with the booking schedule.
- Makes necessary report regarding client’s feedback, suggestion and complaints.
- Performs/assists cashier in her absence or when the need arises
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service
- Must be a Teamplayer, aggressive and needs minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
