Job Description
- Places or cancels orders, and reservations.
- Resolves customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Escalates issues to Tier 2 (Skyroam Support) on a timely manner.
- Uses telephones, email, and social media to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greets customers warmly and ascertains problem or reason for calling.
- Answers questions about product and services.
- Assists with placement reservation, orders, refunds and exchange.
- Takes information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Informs customer of deals and promotions.
- Works with Customer Service Supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Closes out or opens call records.
- Follows up fulfilment of delivery and returns.
Minimum Qualifications

At least a high school graduate.

Experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

Good work ethics.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge in use of MS Office Applications.
- Amenable to shift schedule
