Job Description
- Over-all in charge in conceptualizing and organizing events (pre-event to post event);
- Creates a system for planning and maintains calendar of events;
- Communicates by telephone and in writing with constituents to provide information and materials; may handle complaints and solve problems;
- Consults with various suppliers/org in planning events, negotiates contracts; works with vendors;
- Promotes, arranges and coordinates client's representative if necessary;
- Close coordination with Creative Associate and Marketing Associate to ensure designs and concept will fit project's allocated budget;
- Executes verbal and written business communications, in a manner that effectively achieves business objectives;
- Ensure workflow and process are followed as needed to achieve business objectives and maximum level of operational efficiency;
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia,Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 5 Years Experienced Employees specializing in events and Production Management;
- Knowledgeable in computer design and editing skills (Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch Up, Corel Draw, etc.)
- Interpersonal/human relations skills;
- Verbal and written communications skills;
- Organizational/planning skills;
- Ability to operate personal computer, various software programs, copiers, and audio visual
- equipment;
- Ability to work with a degree of flexibility and adaptability;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Attentiveness to detail;
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel and work long hours and sometimes even during weekends/holidays;
