Job Description
1. Provide before and after sales support from different communication channels in a prompt manner
2. After Sales Support – Handling inquiries from customers via e-mail and live chat. Verifying customer's account with submitted KYC documents
3. Assist marketing team (English to Japanese vice versa translation in marketing research
4. Perform follow-up communication activities through different channels
5. Ensure that required information is logged into the Backoffice system pertaining to players information and requests
6. Assess and handle customer complaints
7. Maintain competency level in terms of technical know-how and pass all functions certification assessments
8. Work with team in managing day to day task activities
9. Handle other projects and tasks as delegated.
10. Adhere to goals and objectives set forth by the company.
11. Practice and maintain department policies
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- 1-year experience in a Customer Service or BPO environment
- Able to assess and evaluate requests to aid in the decision making for processing of clients' requests to comply with policy and procedures
- Proficiency in reading and writing the Vietnamese language
- Vietnamese who are already based in the Philippines can apply
