Job Description
- Manages the schedule of the COO and coordinates with the CEO secretary
- Monitor the itineraries of different departments
- Acts as the "channel" for the branch and personnel
- Other administrative duties assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration
- 3-5 years experience as a general secretary
- Good communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail operations is at advantage
