Job Description
- Assists in coordinating and implementing company policies, rules and regulations of the company.
- Represent the company in any regular or quasi-court in the absence of Legal Officer, if needed and in cases of emergency.
- Make and conduct an orientation to newly hired employees.
- Maintain and update all records and files.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Political Science, undergraduate of Bachelor of Laws and with experience in law office works
- With exposure in drafting & reviewing of contracts & other legal documents
- Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to details
