Job Description
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the HR personnel in the following positions and be responsible that the goals, responsibilities of the department’s different divisions are achieved;
- Plans and carries out company events and ensures that the programs meets established objectives;
- Provides assistance to and advise department managers about Human Resources and People Issues; and
- Oversees the overall performance of the Human Resource Department and its sub function (i.e talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance measurement and development, reward, recognition and retention of employees) and ensures that it is aligned and performs best in class
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any course related;
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and can work under pressure;
- Good communication skills both verbal and written; and
- Knowledgeable in Training Program.
