- Melakukan rekrutmen Bussines Agent (BA) / Mediator dalam mencari calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB Motor/Mobil
- Memastikan kesesuaian profil BA dan menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas BA yang sudah direkrut
- Mendapatkan prospek konsumen yang valid dan berkualitas untuk diproses sehingga dapat mendukung pencapaian target yang telah ditetapkan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun, domisili Indramayu
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Semua Jurusan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan supel
