Job Description
- Membuat proses bisnis, penetapan harga, dan pengembangan terhadap produk pinjaman.
- Memastikan kemudahan pelanggan dalam bertransaksi.
- Melakukan survei, pendekatan personal, serta sosialisasi kepada customer retail di lapangan
- Memastikan kemudahan customer dalam bertransaksi (pinjaman dan repayment)
- Mengumpulkan dan menganalisa data untuk mempelajari lebih dalam tentang perilaku konsumen.
- Meningkatkan pengetahuan terbaru tentang produk dan layanan perusahaan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan departemen internal untuk memfasilitasi pemenuhan kebutuhan klien
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita dengan usia max. 30 tahun
- Terbiasa field visit dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik terutama dengan segmen usaha mikro.
- Min. 3 tahun sebagai sales/marketing di industri FMCG atau Distributor.
- Memiliki gelar Diploma Binis / bidang terkait
- Dapat berkomunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi dengan baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
- Mampu bekerja sebagai tim maupun Individu.
- Tertarik bekerja di perusahaan fintech lending (www.pinjammodal.id)
