Job Description
- Membuat materi training serta menjalankan dan memantau training teknikal
- Melakukan sosialisasi terkait program training yang sedang berjalan
- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian Human Capital dalam melakukan pemenuhan. perpindahan SDM
- Berkoordinasi dengan Human Capital dan BM dalam menganalisa kebutuhan SDM di divisi property
- Melakukan mapping kompetensi SDM di divisi property
- Melakukan pemeriksaan insentif dan KPI all cabang property
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang people development
- Memiliki basic skill di bidang people development seperti:
- Menyusun kurikulum pengembangan
- Memenuhi kebutuhan SDM di divisi property
