Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes spare parts orders after review of the Job order
- Data entry and process of quote requests within established deadlines.
- Expedites orders and spare parts list documentation to meet customer deadlines.
- Prepares recommended spare parts worksheets for review
- Organize and maintain file structure within quoting database.
- Participates in meetings regarding processing of materials and spare parts.
- Participates in continual quality improvement of department work activities.
- Completes other assignments and special projects as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be College Graduate
- With 1-2 years related working experience
- Must have direct customer communication experience
- Computer literate
- Ability to receive and follow instructions from multiple people
- Detail oriented
