Job Description
- Determines tradeshows whether it caters it our target market of class A & B
- Review proposals of events and tradeshows considering traffic per day, trendsetting, negotiation on ex deals
- Negotiates on ex deals always get discount, freebies, or perks
- Activates ingress and egress of exhibit materials and products in the event venue
- Prepares accurate materials and product list for the event venue delivery pass
- Communicates itinerary simultaneously with all departments involved in the preparation of exhibit materials/ products such as accounting for budget request, logistics for materials/ product delivery, and retail for manpower/ promoter
- Prepares several materials for ingress e.g. display model, demo, permits, and delivery slip
- Safe keep products included in exhibit by double checking serial number of products before ingress and after egress
- Prepares a sales report for the exhibit
- Ensure all products not bought are well accounted for in warehouse
- Communicate mall rules – do’s don’ts to mall promoter
- Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner
- Works with logistics in physical set up of exhibit
- Develop new business opportunities to meet trends. Survey exhibit venues if it has potential for new branch
- Develop and manage client & agency relationships and maximize ex-deals with partner
- Maintains relationship with partner in institution in getting our products as medium to practice their selling skills
- Maintain active participation and membership in networking organization
- Request and negotiates with traditional advertising e.g. newspapers, radio etc.
- Taps bloggers for digital advertisement for product reviews
- Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related course.
- At least with 6 months working experience in same capacity
- Can recommend and implements marketing events, activities, and strategies to increase sales productivity.
- Keen to details, with initiative, proactive, trustworthy, of good moral character, team player, smart and dynamic.
- With good communication skills.
- Able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
