Job Description
Sales Support
- Encoding promoters' incentives on excel file every first week of the month
- Prepares transaction slips upon receiving orders from all AV (audio-visual) clients
- Assist in making a sale, or follow up with clients to make sure the product or service sold has been delivered as promised.
- Monitors client accounts for collection of payment
Data Analysis
- Crosschecks encoded incentives of promoters before endorsing to Accounting
Administrative Support
- Fulfills documentation of receiving copies (delivery receipt/SSH, consignment slips, acknowledgment receipts, purchase orders, etc.)
- Performs other general routine clerical work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
- Application of Knowledge in Administrative functions
- Professional Conduct - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Accuracy - Keen attention to details
- Effective correspondence - Ability to communicate well through various mediums
- Proficiency in various spreadsheet applications
- Good multi-tasking and coordination skills
