• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering, or other related 4-year course.
- At least (5) years relevant experience in Sales.
- Preferably has background in Air-conditioning System.
- Good network of clients.
- Good marketing and selling skills.
- Knowledge in market research, sales projection planning, forecasting and reports.
- Must have marketing and sales experience in the development of institutional accounts.
- Able to train and develop Sales Team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have sales planning skills regarding development of prospects and clients
- Ability to work in fast-paced team environment.
