Job Description
- Oversees facilities, hardware, and materials utilized in the department coordinating with appropriate services.
- Responsible for requisition and maintenance of the office equipment including furniture and fixture, telephone system, stationery, keys, etc. Works with management and others to develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
- Responsible for monitoring assignment of assets
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administration/office management activities. Liaise with the building management on building management matters, e.g., maintenance, safety.
- Assist in the documentation of the legal documents of the company
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Business course or equivalent
- Possess good communication skills
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good social and networking skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
