Retail Sales Forecasting

• Forecasting and analyzing sales and profits
• Manage budgets and stocks of retail stores
• Negotiating quantities allocated for retail
• Managing levels and distribution of stock amongst branches through per total and per branch product forecasting
• Handling supply/production problems as they arise

Inventory Management

• Maintains inventory by observing inventory levels; discuss with store management to re-allocation/replenishment order when levels appear low;

Monitoring Sales Performance

• Assessing retail sales performance of different ranges
• Observes customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.

​​​​​​​Drive Sales Performance

• Communicate special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes in retail stores.
• Maintains customer relationships by visiting retail OIC, retail officers, promoters; answering their questions; responding to special requests
• Ensure store shelves are well maintained through observing displays of company products
• Manage product returns and credit for damaged products with assistance from audit and service department
• Helps retail branches special promotions by setting-up displays; checking daily on special promotions
• Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards and product promotions.
• Supervising and guiding junior staff in retail stores in relation to sales, targets, promotions and retail guidelines
• Setting stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate per retail location

• Preparing financial and retails performance presentations to managing director and retail area managers.
• Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products
• Provides information by reporting revenue, growth or sales performance in retail stores.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Graduate of any business related course
• Basic understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices
