Business Operations Assistant  

A. Scheduling and overseeing of Therm-Aire AC-Technician

1. Arrange the schedule and allocation of technician to projects
2. Dispatch technicians in a timely manner everyday
3. Issues transportation allowance to AC Technicians
4. Prepares monthly report on transportation allowance consumption
5. Monitors servicing through mobile text reporting and receiving OB Forms of technician together with their corresponding form request
6. Suggest process improvements in the AC Technician team e.g. to be more organize, to increase sense of accountability, and standardize servicing
7. Estimates and considers optimization of Technical manpower deployment to projects

B. Guiding/Monitoring performance of Therm-Aire Technicians

1. Identify gaps and areas of improvement on AC Technician. TNA done through partnering with them on site or during random site visits.
2. Acts as quality control during installation visits
3. Guides and coaches AC technician to practice their service according to company/ product standards
4. Arrange and conduct regular meeting to address concerns, improvements, and alignment

C. Preparation and Monitoring of Projects

1. Prepare and follow through Transaction Slips to request and have the materials delivered on site
2. Coordinates daily with logistics and van driver to prepare loading of materials the following day
3. Safe keeps important equipments used in the project thus borrowing and returning of equipments are logged

D. Customer Service to Clients

1. Accommodates all concerns of Therm-Aire clients through probing and discussing in a layman’s term
2. Address concerns through initially offering client to troubleshoot by themselves, otherwise set schedule for servicing on site to resolve them problem
3. Discuss and consults with AC Technician regarding how to resolve the client’s concern

E. Records Keeping

1. Maintains a record of all the documents in Therm-Aire such as client profile, performance evaluation, employee leaves, etc.

• Graduate of any technical course or secretarial course
• At least 3 years experience as a coordinator technical knowhow on AC is a plus.
• Knowledge in Air-conditioning
• Client Relations - Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
