Job Description
- Responsible for development, programming and testing of system applications.
- Develops programs, system hierarchy based on project design and process flows
- Provides for the Technical Manual documentation
- Support the MIS superiors to work with the delivery team for plan execution
- Efficiently identifies and solves programming issues
- Maintain technical project specs to Documentations Analyst for manual and documents preparation
- Liaison with end users and understands their requirements
- Coordinates with Systems Supervisor and Technical Head for any server and/or communication link requirements.
- Have good communication with respective personnel pertaining to all projects and tasks
- Support end users on inquries and technical help
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT programming
- Knowledgeable in MSSQL Server and C/CAL
- In depth knowledge in PHP, Javascript, JQuery, VFP, VB6
- Good technical writing skills
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear manneR
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Basic implementation skills and can handle web and database application systems
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently under pressure.
