The primary responsibility of the Administrative Officer is to assist in the efficient management of administrative services of the Company, such as the day-to-day management of facilities, asset management, operations support, and etc.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees facilities, hardware, and materials utilized in the department, coordinating with appropriate services.
- Responsible for requisition and maintenance of the office equipment including furniture and fixture, telephone system, stationery, keys, etc. Works with management and others to develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
- Responsible with monitoring assignment of assets
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administration/office management activities. Liaise with the building management on building management matters, e.g., maintenance, safety.
- Assist in the documentation of the legal documents of the company
