Job Description
- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed
- Implements and annually updates company compensation program, rewrites job descriptions as necessary, conducts annual salary surveys, implements the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
- Prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures
- Oversees all HR processes including compensation and benefits, and recruitment
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Minimum Qualifications

At least three (3) years related experience is required

Graduate of Human Resource Management, or related course

Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
