Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is tasked to: provide administrative support; and perform duties including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing calls, and answering questions and requests. This position is responsible for general and administrative duties within the Sales Support Department. The applicant must ensure that the department's communications and other requirements are properly implemented and that workflow achieves the highest level of efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably with at least one year work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Between 20 - 30 years old
- Can start immediately
