Job Description
Founded in 2018, LODI Indonesia is a technology-based logistics company that aims to create a better logistics environment for the future of technology platforms and systems integration, and to transform logistics companies through partnerships and apply technology to reduce under-utilised capacity and to improve the economy.
We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Manager from Logistics background. This position is open for experienced candidates, Indonesian citizens only, with an opportunity to work remotely and regular meet-ups

Driving the sales performance of our SaaS platform and maintain KPIs and Key Metrics

Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers

Work with the tech team to develop and deliver products that meet the clients’ needs and identify areas of improvement in the Sales Process

Understand the customers' requirements and manage a full sales cycle

Identify target sales and partnership opportunities

Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance

Development and implementation of strategies to maximize profits

Research on market trends and derivation of respective necessary reactions like updates or changes of policies or the adjustment of strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 - 5 years experience in SaaS sales, preferably in supply chain management and/or logistics
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- Ability to understand market behaviors and changes and quickly react to those changes
- Well-developed analysis skills and customer orientation
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent level of speaking, writing and reading of English and Bahasa
