Job Description

  • Intake calls and emails from Partners, end users, and vendors
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Log tickets based on Benchmark 365 protocols
  • Prioritize, assign and collaborate all tickets created
  • Coordinate Service Technician – Partner communication via approved platforms
  • Maintain and ensure ticket flow by constant Service Technician monitoring and end user/vendor follow ups.
  • Engage in Partner Capacity scheme
  • Forecast workload for 2 – 3 days out
  • Assist in Sales and Partner relation
  • Document of all key IT systems
  • Stay up to date on Benchmark 365’s products and integrations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Six (6) months of experience as a Service Technical Representative is an advantage but not required.
  • Advance English communication skills both in verbal and written
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Logical and outstanding comprehension intelligence
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge of IT MSP business model is recommended by not required
