IT Manager | Infrastructure  

The IT Manager will be overall in charge of managing the effective implementation of the IT operations of the Company, in close coordination with Key Personnel and the Third Party Partners. This will include setting-up of operational policies and procedures for both administrative and functional tasks of the department, as well as, the effective implementation thereof, to ensure that policies, procedures and the highest standards of Information Technology are observed at the most reasonable cost.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The IT Manager manages, maintains, and improves the overall IT systems and infrastructure of the company.
• Drives resolution of IT incidents, and continuously works to instituting world-class operational excellence and robustly reliable IT infrastructure.
• Leads and drives strategic IT projects, such as, but not limited to, the optimization of existing company systems, and their continuous improvement.
• Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
  • Troubleshoot all technology issues
  • Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
  • Research current and potential resources and services
  • Provide network accounts and passwords as required
  • Monitor security of all technology
  • Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the IT field is required. Four (4) years in a supervisory/managerial position.
• With experience in FMCG distribution set-up is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and people handling skills;
• Willing to work in Quezon City
