Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management or any business/marketing related course
  • With at least 2 - 3 years relevant experience and proven track record in the field of Marketing / Sales gained from a reputable FMCG company.
  • Adept at Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Forecasting, Product Orientation & Market Research
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately
Job Description

Responsible in ensuring brand growth through:

  1. Brand Positioning and Image
  2. Creation and Execution of Promotions and Campaigns
    • Trade Marketing Activities
    • National Consumer Promotions
    • Brand Campaigns (ATL)
  3. Ensure pricing model strategy
  4. Monitor supply of stocks - incoming shipments, inventory and sell out
  5. Ensure product distribution and visibility by driving the following:
  6. Correct distribution and placement of products
  7. Spotting oppurtunity for product distribution/placements
  8. Creation of Planograms and monitoring implementation
  9. Direction and monitoring Promotion Execution
  10. Responsible and act as a link between Principals and BEI:
  11. Coordination of direction and plans
  12. Contract Review and Agreements
  13. Management of Brand Expenses

Accountable in doing all assigned Brands Health check through:

  • Regular Business Reviews
  • Data Analysis
  • Promo Execution Evaluation
  • Brand Expense Budgeting and Monitoring
  • Brand Expense Claims
