Finance Lead  

GENERAL ACCOUNTING

• Supervise accounts receivables and collections adn ensuring follow-up of outstanding invoices in order to fund the company's daily operation
• Supervise accounts payables and ensuring timely payment to suppliers in order to maintain a good working relationsip to them
• Review and maintenance of provisions and accruals in order to ensure accurate financial reporting

FINANCIAL REPORTING

• Report the company's financial position and results of operations for analysis

OFFSHORE FINANCIALS

• Prepare and report Malaysia, Singapore and Australia financial position and results of operations in orde to ensure comapliance

AUDIT PREPARATION

• Liase with the auditors in order to submit timely financial reports

CUSTOMER AND VENDOR RELATIONSHIP

• Respond to concerns and inquiries form employees, suppliers and vendors in order to reconcile any discrepancy

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant with accreditation from Board of Accountancy
• 4-5 years working experience in a relate4d field is required for the position
• General Acocunting processes, BIR and PFRS standards and all related issuances update

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge and Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
• Accounting Systems (Great Plains) and Financial Reporting Standards
