Job Description
OFFICE AND RECORD MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate and manage room reservations, hotel bookings, and travel requests of the CEO.
- Perform other secretarial and administrative tasks such as:
- Support functions for the CEO's schedules assigned appointments.
- Set up meeting rooms.
- Notify meeting participants.
- Prepare and/or assemble meeting materials.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLIENT SERVICING
- Prepare, create, review, and update presentation slides, reports, proposals, and other business documents, address book, e-mail messages, social media and online accounts of the CEO.
- Create, update, and present business models.
- Prepare presentations to clients.
- Update reports.
- Create proposals and present it to the clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Healthy and physically fit.
- Willing to work on:
- Extended hours during weekdays.
- Saturdays, as needed.
- Willing to travel on business for up to 10 days in duration.
- Must have a passport that is valid for more than 2 years before expiration.
- Must declare the following:
- All denied travel visa applications.
- All denied entries into any country.
