Job Description
- The Department Secretary will assist the department and all its administrative activities
- Responsible for assiting the department / other teams in translating documents from Mandarin to English and she/he prepares weekly and monthly reports
- Will serve as the point person of the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degreee in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Must have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Personable, flexible, trainable and can work with minimum supervision
- Mandarin speaking is required, with pleasing personality
- Willing to work in Makati City
