Job Description
- Coordinate with the German Key users for any technical problems to give the solutions and root cause in the SAP application.
- Escalate all issues encountered coming from the client and resolved the issue within the SLA.
- Coordinate in level 2 for the status of the tickets, and coordinate with the Japanese requestor to meet the SLA.
- Reposts management information
- Interface between L1 and other teams for escalations and new process
- Handle Email Support, Chat Support and Inbound and Outbound calls
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be fluent in German and English. Fresh graduates fluent in German are also welcome to apply.
- Should be amenable to work on holidays and on a mid-shift schedule
- Work location - Quezon City
