Job Description
- Receives and verifies the accuracy of customer purchase orders and sample order by email, fax, EDI, Web Portal and SAP.
- Efficiently process the orders, debits, credits, returns, and customer complaints in accordance to Customer Service Procedures and policies.
- Assist SC in providing/developing business processes and incorporate into CS standard procedure.
- Interact with customers via tele-conversation to provide information, process transactions and reply to inquiries about their shipments.
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide pricing and quotations to customers.
- Performs customer verifications
- Process shipments (SEAFREIGHT and AIRFREIGHT / LCL or FCL)
- In – charge of documentation process, updates and data quality.
- Monitor and process end to end shipment process.
- Ensure that enquiries received is successfully converted as orders
- Prompt response to all enquiries
- Establish and maintain a cordial relation with your dedicated clients
- Process logistics planning and support of delivery of items for every port that we have service.
- Ensure connections of all deliveries of cargo per vessel.
- Prepare sales invoice and checking stocks in system.
- Doing coordination task to other branches in other countries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least 3 years if work experience relevant Order Fulfillment or Order Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be open to work mid-shift to graveyard shift
- Has knowledge with SAP system
