Job Description
- Assisting Head of Demand Team with strategy and resource allocation
- Leads management, assignment, administration, and follow-up
- Acting as CRM Master for our small 8-person Demand Team
- Acting as owner and updater of digital and print marketing materials
- Conducting sales and marketing strategic analysis and planning
- Monthly commission and bonus planning for Demand Team
- Monthly expense reporting for Demand Team
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4 years full-time experience in project or program management
- Excellent knowledge of NCR geography
- Strong speaking and writing in English and Filipino
- Strong organizational and spreadsheet skills
