Job Description
- Ensure client satisfaction with an organization's product or service
- The primary point of contact for a client or customer.
- Directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
- Streamline business operations, provide product training to customers, discuss technical aspects about a product, and oversee marketing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned at Eastwood or Alabang sites
- MUST HAVE STRONG BPO CLIENT SERVICES BACKGROUND
