Job Description
The NetSuite Consultant understands and translates requirements and best practices for implementation and solving of unique business issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the company in the delivery of projects and services for NetSuite implementations including pre-sales, requirements analysis, training and ongoing support.
- Understand client requirements and ensuring quality documentation .
- Ensure client specifications and requirements are properly met, and monitoring documents for modifications.
- Operate across the entire sales value & support chain.
- Telephone and remote support.
- Internal business improvement focus.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Systems, Accounting, Business or other related fields;
- At least two years of experience in successful NetSuite implementations;
- At least two years of experience in systems applications consulting (ERP/Financials) with a proven track record;
- Experience in requirement elicitation and business process mapping;
- Strong business process knowledge;
- Ability to work in global matrix teams;
- Strong organizational skills and project management;
- Promotes a culture of continuous learning and willingness to coach colleagues.
