Job Description
- Performs outbound calls or email communications to existing or prospective customers on basic company initiatives such as: outcall campaigns, event recruitment, sales hots, or vendor leads.
- Recognizes and routes proactive sales opportunities to more senior level sales resource when standard correspondence transitions into higher level opportunities.
- Identifies sales opportunities through basic/ standard level of customer interaction and escalates those leads to a more senior level sales resource.
- Performs all other duties as designated by Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years in College
- With at least 1 year of experience as CSR in BPO.
- Willing to work in Taguig
- Willing to work on different shifts
