Job Description
- Designs, develop and maintain end to end recruitment processes;
- Execute cost effective methods and drive down recruitment costs;
- Process the recruitment of managerial to C-level positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Human Resource Management/ Psychology/ Social Sciences/ Behavioral Sciences or related course
- Must have at least 4-5 year(s) solid working experience in recruitment in the managerial capacity
- Preferably with a background on working at Food-Chain company.
- Has vast sourcing channel of applicants
- Must be willing to be assigned in Makati City
- Must be willing to work under pressure and able to cope in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
