Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monitoring and updating Business Program database
- Assist in managing customer relations with clients
- Coordinating documentation and contracts with clients, delivery and follow-ups
- Acts as a liaison in resolving concerns between client and Business Program Manager and internal team
- Communicates program status regularly
- Assist in handling schedule of Dispatchers and Drivers
- Any ad-hoc job as instructed by Business Program Manager
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate degree in business preferred but not required
At least 2-3 years full time experience in product management

Strong client communication and key account management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
