Job Description
- Ensures incidents and service requests are completed to meet SLAs.
- Manage the overall desk activities, including the supervisors (External Contractors).
- Act as a further escalation point for the supervisors.
- Engages with internal staff/clients as appropriate to determine support requirements for new or modified software and hardware.
- Creates reports as requested; to include data from ITSM tool on service desk tickets opened, closed, aging, escalations, services affected and locations reporting those tickets.
- Creates statistics, management and performance reports.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and integrity of service desk software.
- Establishes and implements appropriate procedures and standards.
- Motivates associates to achieve goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas
- Applicants must be willing to work on a dayshift
