Required Skills

  • 6+ years Technical Project Manager demonstrable experience across Data Integration or Middleware projects
  • 3+ years of Technical Project Manager demonstrable experience locally managing off-shore teams where the end-customer is in a different country
  • 3+ years of IT Experience including working for Consulting companies
  • 5+ years of Technical Architectural understanding and experience with disciplines including API, Micro Services, SOA, REST, SOAP, J2EE, Cloud Computing, Platform Architecture
  • Technical Architectural experience of a middleware product (i.e. MuleSoft, Tibco, WebMethods, IBM Websphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware)
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well and communicate under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in quality assurance and quality control
  • Pre-sales experience, estimation of proposals and project work required
  • Previous Practice Management experience including the creating of delivery methodologies, people management, practice strategy and administration experience is a bonus
  • Configuration Management, release management and deployment experience
  • Application Support and IT operations experience
Job Description

Senior Technical Project Manager

This role is accountable for the successful delivery of innovative solutions, customer satisfaction and technical guidance. You will lead delivery for end-clients all over the world remotely from Manila and enjoy the benefits of our deep relationship with MuleSoft. This role requires a proactive person with a high care factor, strong work ethic and a passion for managing successful quality outcomes for customers. The successful candidate must have significant proven Project Management and Technical Architecture experience with previous consulting company employment. So if you are looking to expand your delivery management skills into the digital cloud based technologies this is the ideal role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of RXR projects adhering to methodology, meeting scope on time, within budget and of quality
  • Provide architectural oversight ensuring architectural best practice in the delivery of services
  • Provide Quality and Control Assurance on customer engagements and assist in the financial tracking of projects within the region
  • Produce/Review Project Delivery Status Reports and conduct follow up meetings where required with the Customers and/or Delivery Lead
  • Foster Relationships and become a trusted partner of customers
  • Assist with improvements to the Delivery Methodology and ensure all new engagements are provided a mobilisation pack for consistent execution of consulting service offerings
  • Participate in various project management/ technical architect roles in a billable capacity on customer engagements
  • Provide delivery acceptance and approval of sales proposals
  • Manage and assist handover between sales and delivery business functions
  • Work with the Resource Coordinator and provide decision making in resource allocation requirements for pipeline and current projects
  • Participate in recruitment activities including conducting interviews
  • Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to clients on time and of quality
  • Provide timely status updates to project leadership and highlight problems early
  • Contribute to our Intellectual Property and Project Accelerators
