Customer Service Agent  

These CS Agent positions will service the local Manila market including morning, daytime, and early evening shifts - no graveyard shifts!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound and outbound customer service through calls and chat for customers
• Address customer issues regarding the service (a mobile and web app that allows you to book and manage pickups and deliveries of almost anything)
• Service the local Manila market
• Use fluent English and Filipino in your daily communications
• Be an empowered and proactive problem solver
• Be a champion of the customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year call center or customer service work experience
• Enjoy working in a fast paced tech startup company environment
• Strong customer care and customer experience mindset
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK LONG HOURS (regular work hours: 12 hours with paid overtime)
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A START-UP COMPANY
• Concise and friendly verbal and written communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English and Filipino
• Responsible, accountable, and punctual
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Gmail
• Can start ASAP
