Job Description
- Teach the English language to Chinese students online and evaluate their performance based on set guidelines.
- Conduct teacher training.
- Training/Educational Module Development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Education / Communication, BS Education major in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Special Education etc.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- At least 1-3 years ESL experience is highly preferred.
- TESOL/TOEIC/IELTS certification is an advantage but not required.
- Experience teaching kids and/or kids with special needs is an advantage.
- Must have experience in teaching kids or have interest in kids.
- Driven, highly-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent social skills and strong work ethics, professional, passionate in teaching, patient, focused, knowledgeable & can work with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig. Amenable in shifting schedule and weekends work.
