Process Project Manager  

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Implementing and executing operation processes according to client service level agreements
o Working with Company's internal teams to coordinate delivery of client service requirements
o Working with the clients' operations staff to test, implement, improve processes
o Assisting heavily in planning and managing project level resources
o Operating under a heavy KPI measured environment
o Collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPI and process data
o Making actionable recommendations for process improvement
o Researching and implementing industry best practices for process improvement

CLIENT:

Start-up Technology Logistics company in Ortigas.

QUALIFICATIONS
o At least 5 years career experience in a relevant process oriented role
o Experience in supply chain or operational processes
o Experience working and coordinating with internal and client teams
o Good analytical and data skills
o Good communication and presentation skills
o Excellent Tagalog and English language skills
o Strong interest in working for a disruptive technology startup company
o Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain / Logistics is a plus
