Job Description

Core Function:

Responsible for developing skills and capability building strategies and programs while manage its implementation to support productive and profitable sales force

Strategic Function:

  • Design, develop and implement sales force excellence initiatives including training, analytics enhancement, sales force development, knowledge forming, skills, and capability-building strategies and programs.
  • Developing and implementing sales force KPIs that are aligned with business needs.
  • Delivering, analyzing, and proposing innovative solutions and building specific tools and skills to ensure excellent performance delivery
  • Formulate, plan and organize and monitor quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of fieldforce.

Managerial Function

  • Active management of knowledge forming activities, skills and capability building programs, salesforce KPIs, and align its impact to the result.
  • Conducts training needs survey; processes its analysis and corrective plan of action.
  • Timely submission and analysis of SFE KPIs with a proposed plan of action to partnering department
  • Coordinating and delivering rewards and recognition to motivate excellent performance.
  • Participates in competency or business review activities initiated by the partnering department.

Influencing

  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

Working Conditions:

  • Can render extended work hours or days; attend company events, management or client meetings, conferences during weekends and until late night or as deemed necessary.
  • Ability to work successfully with others in different departments and locations.; willingness to travel for training purposes.
  • Capable of taking on and delivering project deliverables with minimum guidance from immediate superior.
  • Can do field work based on requirement and as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-year Any related business course; other allied sciences
  • At least 2 years in Sales and Marketing experience
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Has experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
