Front End Developer (React.js)

For this job opening, we are looking for a skilled frontend developer with a background and understanding of HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript. Additionally, experience with Wordpress development is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Salary range: PhP 25,000 to PhP 30,000

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include collaborating with the development team to design and implement new web applications and features, maintaining and enhancing existing web applications with a focus on frontend performance and usability, and utilizing HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap/Metronics, JavaScript, and Wordpress to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces. The role also involves working closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience as a frontend developer.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is highly advantageous but not required.
• Experience with customizing WordPress sites, including theme and plugin development.
• Extensive experience with Bootstrap and Metronics for responsive web design

Additionally, you must have:

• A strong enthusiasm and persistence in learning web innovations and a willingness to engage in long-term, in-house development, as well as imparting knowledge to others.
• Essential attributes such as keen attention to detail, analytical thinking, self-initiative, and proficient problem-solving skills.
• Ability to focus and sustain high productivity while working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• A reliable internet connection and dependable hardware are fundamental for remote work productivity.

Technical Skills Requirement

We require a sound knowledge of the following:

• HTML5
• CSS
• Bootstrap and Metronics
• JavaScript including its frameworks and libraries (preferably React.js)
• Customizing Wordpress sites

Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required):

• Other frontend frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue)
• Experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with PHP and backend integration.

Working Conditions

• Mainly remote work, with office hours scheduled from Monday to Friday (9:00 to 18:00)
• The frequency of meetings depends on the complexity of the current project.
