Job Description
- Research, analysis, and definition of hardware and software requirements for the server farm, in conjunction with ongoing projects
- Design future server requirements in conjunction with the Network Services Manager based on ongoing projects
- Training and guidance on server hardware and operating software to other ICT Unit staff, as necessary.
- Technical support and the movement of servers, as required.
- To undertake any other duties, appropriate to post and grade, as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably, a graduate of Industrial Engineering or a graduate of any course with relevant related experience.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Relevant experience on enterprise grade servers, network equipment, and related software technologies
- Relevant project management experience.
- Excellent customer service orientation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
