Job Description
- Review and verify that expenditures posted to sponsored project funds comply with the applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Identify expenditures that might be out of compliance and collaborate with OSP personnel and with the respective department personnel to take appropriate corrective action.
- Generate and organize the daily Labor Redistribution report documentation for salary transfers.
- Assist with the review and data entry of the Personnel Activity reports.
- Assist the compliance team with other activities as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably less than 1 year experience specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or its equivalent.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Word processing, spreadsheets, online database, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Has good physical health condition as you will be assigned mostly on field works.
