Job Description
- Manage Beautyhaul’s ecommerce operations (inventory/warehouse, purchasing, and customer services).
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and minimum errors
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Deliver best-in-class quality customer service at scale
- Work closely with sales and marketing team on campaign & promotional activities to ensure the need for stock supply
- Propose solutions to address performance issues in a timely and effective manner
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with min 7 years of proven experience in operation management, business administration, and related fields.
- Retail-based background and e-commerce background are preferred.
- Ability to determine a healthy inventory turnover ratio and stock forecast
- Have experience to work in a warehouse, understanding all the warehouse operations
- Good data analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Have a deep understanding about supply chain and have experience to create supply chain system
