Job Description
Accountability: Responsible for the overall management of the company's internal and external merchandising team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communications
- With 3-5 years relevant experience in a trade marketing, merchandising or retail environment
- Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities; tools and techniques
- Superior organization skills
- Excellent oral and written cmmunication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent administrative skills
- Presentation and negotiating skills

Beauty Elements Ventures Inc. (BEVi) is a personal care company established in 2007 committed to answer beauty and skin care needs of men and women. BEVi is the first to introduce Kojic acid soap in the Philippine Market.
Initially, the company supplied Kojic acid soaps for dermatologists who prescribed it to patients with skin pigmentation and darkening problems. Since then, the remarkable skin lightening effect of Kojic acid soap spread like wild fire. BEVi started with only a dozen purchases, to hundred, then thousands.
